1. Who can play

You need to be 18 or over — or the legal gambling age where you live, if that is higher — to register and play. Checking that online gambling is lawful in your country is up to you. Lucky Boom holds an offshore licence, not a domestic one.

2. Your account

One person, one account. Give accurate details and make sure the name on the account matches the name on your payment method. Keep your login safe. Extra accounts under the same name, device or payment method may be closed without notice. Formal requests, including self-exclusion and closing an account, must be sent from your registered email address.

3. Topping up

Payments must come from a method in your own name. The smallest top-up is €20 (€40 for the fifth welcome step). Cards are limited to 10 payments a day and 40 a month, up to €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month per card. Fiat and crypto balances are held apart and cannot be merged.

4. Cashing out

A full ID check comes before every cash-out: government photo ID, a selfie holding it, and a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months, all in the same name. As an anti-money-laundering rule, deposited funds must be played through at least three times first. The smallest cash-out is €40 and requests are reviewed within 2 working days. Non-jackpot winnings are limited to €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month; jackpot wins are not capped. A cash-out above a method's per-payment limit may be paid in parts. You may cancel a pending cash-out before it completes.

5. Bonuses

Every bonus must be switched on in your profile before the qualifying payment. Only one bonus can be active at a time. The welcome pack carries ×40 play-through and the first live bonus ×15. While clearing a bonus the highest bet is €5 per spin or round (€1 on the first-deposit bonus). Slots count 100%, live casino 10%, table games and video poker 0%. Bonus winnings are capped at €10,000 across all bonuses, and the cash-out after play-through is 10 times the starting bonus. Asking for a cash-out while a bonus is active cancels that bonus and its balance. See the Bonus rules for details.

6. Dormant accounts

If an account sees no activity for six months in a row, €10 a month is charged for as long as a positive balance remains.
